Scott was going to cut down a tree for me. In the meantime a friend offered to help me out instead.
I felt bad cancelling Scotts' service, not even explaining why.
He was very pleasant each time I spoke with him on the phone, and with the cancellation.
I'm sure he would have done a very good job.
